Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
• 5–7 years of statistical and/or data analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead big data/analytics projects with large data volumes.
• Develop predictive models and segmentation trees.
• Interpret data and communicate results using statistical methods.
• Create secure data environments and collaborate with vendors.
• Leverage internal and external data to identify life-events and opportunities.
• Evaluate tools and data sources to measure strategy effectiveness.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven product management.
• Deliver insights and actionable recommendations with context, benchmarks, and patterns.
• Lead the development and maintenance of dashboards and performance metrics.
