Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Data Analytics Manager to lead the development of partnerships and growth strategies using data from multiple sources.

You will collaborate with external vendors and internal marketing and analytics teams to uncover opportunities that enhance customer engagement across the credit card portfolio. The role requires managing analytics projects, building dashboards, and delivering actionable insights to guide business decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Five to seven years of statistical and/or data analytics experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead big data/analytics projects that gather and integrate large data volumes, build predictive models or segmentation trees.
• Interpret data and analyze results using statistical techniques and tools.
• Collaborate with partners to create a secure data environment for insights from multiple sources.
• Leverage relationships to build use cases from internal and external data to identify life-events.
• Evaluate new tools and data sources to assess strategy effectiveness.
• Work with cross-functional teams to enable data-driven product management and engagement.
• Deliver insights and actionable recommendations based on results and benchmarks.
• Lead dashboards and performance metrics to support key business decisions.
