Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking a Data Analytics Manager to lead strategy for acquiring and expanding partner relationships using multiple data sources. You will collaborate with vendors, marketing and analytics teams to uncover opportunities for growth across the credit card portfolio.

The role involves building predictive models, interpreting results, and delivering actionable insights. Expect leading dashboards, cross-functional collaboration, and strong client engagement from day one.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Five to seven years of statistical and/or data analytics experience.
• Experience with structured and unstructured data; analytics software such as SAS, SQL, Python, R.
• Experience in advanced analytics and predictive modeling.
• Proficiency in analytics data visualization tools such as Tableau and PowerBI.
• Strong problem solving and analytical abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with cardholder transactions data and external data sources.

Responsibilities

• Work on big data/analytics projects that gather and integrate large volumes of data, perform analysis, develop predictive models and/or segmentation trees.
• Interprets data and analyzes results using various statistical techniques and tools.
• Work with partners to create a secure data environment to build insights based on multiple data sources
• Leverage existing relationships to build out use cases from internal and external data sources to identify life-events
• Evaluate new tools, data, measurement techniques to assess the effectiveness of strategy
• Collaborate with cross functional teams to enable data driven product management, customers & partners engagement
• Deliver insights and provide actionable recommendations based on reported results, benchmarks, discovered patterns and all necessarycontext.
• Lead efforts to build, develop and maintain dashboards and performance metrics support that support key business decisions.
