Bally’s Intralot, in Little Rock, AR, seeks a Retail Optimization Specialist to turn data into actionable insights for the Arkansas Scholarship Lottery’s 2,000+ retailer network.

You will partner with the Sales Director to develop retailer strategies, build reports on performance, and drive data-driven decisions using Excel, SQL/SQLite, Tableau, AI analytics, and modern workflow tools. A strong communicator with 3+ years of applicable experience is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years in retail optimization, data analysis, or commercial strategy.
• Proficient in Excel and SQL/SQLite; experience with BI platforms like Tableau.
• Experience with AI-driven analytics and modern workflow tools to boost speed.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; able to influence leadership.
• U.S. employment eligibility and ability to pass background check.
• Pre-employment drug screening required.

Responsibilities

• Provide trend analysis and insights to improve ASL retail network performance.
• Define retailer strategies with senior leadership alignment.
• Create and maintain reports on retailer, game, and geography performance.
• Identify opportunities and build robust business plans for sell-in.
• Support state field team with actionable territory data.
• Bridge between Lottery and Bally’s Intralot site team; update goals and touchpoints.
• Run, filter, and cleanse data to base recommendations on high-quality information.
