Responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams to solve cross-functional business challenges and provide key insights.
• Translate analyses into actionable, data-backed recommendations and summaries of expected results.
• Analyze initiatives to measure effectiveness and impact on KPIs, and propose process optimizations based on data-driven analysis.
• Conduct deep-dive root cause analyses to determine key drivers of performance, observed changes, and trends.
• Develop cross-functional dashboards and reports to provide timely data for decision-making and regular updates to stakeholders.
• Collect, integrate, and interpret cross-functional data to provide holistic insights across the acquisition funnel, including marketing, sales, and operations.
• Prototype and develop PoC tools to enable deeper organizational understanding of performance and progress against goals.
• Leverage advanced analytics modeling, including regression, forecasting, and segmentation, to deliver insights.
• Support A/B and experimental test design; analyze test data and deliver actionable results.
• Maintain data dictionaries, metric definitions, and event mapping; document data sources.
• Ensure data security and compliance with data privacy regulations.
