You'll build models, visualizations, and reports using multiple systems, collaborate with HR, finance, and operations, and help drive decisions with clear insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance/Accounting, Information Systems, Mathematics, Economics, or an HR related field or equivalent combination of education, training, and work experience.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Excel skills required.
• SQL or other relational database experience.
• Experience with multiple systems and reporting tools.
• Excellent written/oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Compiles metrics from HR, Finance, and Operations using advanced tools.
• Creates models to analyze data outcomes and project alternate futures.
• Measures data outcomes using benchmarking, trend analysis, and insights.
• Communicates results clearly to provide insight to management and stakeholders.
• Develops visualizations and dashboards for precise interpretation.
