Job summary

Xcel Energy invites applications for the Manager, Supply Chain Data Products and Analytics. This role leads the Supply Chain Data Products & Analytics team and owns the analytical data portfolio, including inventory productivity and ROI models, workforce capacity, and operational scorecards.

You will build analytics on the enterprise data platform, drive AI-enabled analytics, and deliver executive decision support such as the MSS Leadership Scorecard and Monthly Operating Review analytics.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in quantitative/engineering/business discipline.
7+ years experience in analytics, data engineering, BI, or supply chain decision support including 2+ years leading people.
Delivery of analytical products on a modern cloud data platform with SQL fluency and data modeling knowledge.
Experience supporting SAP ERP environments; SAP ECC or S/4HANA preferred.

Responsibilities

Owns the supply chain data product catalog, prioritization, development, versioning, and retirement.
Manages data contracts, refresh standards, and quality thresholds for production data products.
Acts as owner for the supply chain analytical data layer and aligns reports to source data.
Leads automation and AI-enabled analytics portfolio with governance and control.
Delivers executive decision support such as leadership scorecards and MORe analytics.
Leads, develops, and coaches a team of 4–5 professionals toward analytics engineering roles.
