Job summary

Xcel Energy Inc in Denver seeks a Manager, Supply Chain Data Products & Analytics to lead the data product portfolio and govern reusable analytical assets, including inventory productivity and ROI models that translate enterprise data into supply chain decisions.

You will build analytics on the enterprise data platform, own the analytics data layer, drive AI-enabled analytics and automation, and lead a team of 4–5 professionals, delivering executive decision support for MSS Leadership and CFO

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative, engineering, information systems, or business discipline.
• 7+ years in analytics, data engineering, business intelligence, or supply chain decision support, incl. 2+ years leading teams.
• Proven delivery of analytical products on a modern cloud data platform with SQL fluency and data modeling knowledge.
• Experience supporting ERP data environments; SAP ECC or S/4HANA data structures preferred.

Responsibilities

• Owns the supply chain data product catalog: definition, prioritization, development, versioning, and retirement of governed analytical assets.
• Directs closure of documented domain data engineering gaps in the enterprise lakehouse with the data platform team.
• Owns and evolves the team's automation and AI-assisted analytics portfolio within governance boundaries.
• Delivers executive decision support: MSS Leadership Scorecard, Monthly Operating Review analytics, CFO-level models.
• Leads a team of 4–5 professionals and develops analytics engineering, AI engineering and data product management capabilities.
