The role requires strong SQL skills, experience with analytics tools, and the ability to collaborate across HR, Finance, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance/Accounting, Information Systems, Mathematics, Economics or HR related field or equivalent
• Two years of data and analytics or related experience
• Experience with multiple systems and reporting tools
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Ability to summarize and present complex data clearly and concisely

Responsibilities

• Gathers, creates, standardizes, reports, analyzes, and interprets data across HR, Finance, and Operations
• Develops visuals and presents results to HR, leaders, and stakeholders
• Models complex business problems and provides insights and strategic direction
• Documents processes and supports data warehouse and HR systems
• Participates in enterprise project teams with analytics and recommendations
