Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of data analytics experience for the Data Analyst level.
• Experience with multiple systems and reporting tools.
• Ability to summarize and present data clearly and concisely.

Responsibilities

• Gathers, creates, standardizes, reports, analyzes, and interprets data across HR, Finance, and Operations.
• Develops models and visualizations to present insights to executives and stakeholders.
