Cardinal Health at Home Solutions is seeking a Data Analyst to serve as a strategic partner to operational leadership through high-quality data preparation, reporting, and analytics. This role focuses on extracting, cleansing, consolidating, and visualizing financial and operational data to ensure leaders have timely, accurate, and actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field, preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in data analysis, or a related role, preferred.
• Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis, preferred.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (PowerBI, Tableau, etc) preferred.
• Experience with other data analysis tools (Alteryx) and/or programming languages (Python, R). Proficiency in Microsoft Excel preferred.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in a clear and concise manner.

Responsibilities

• Extract, transform, and consolidate financial and operational data from multiple source systems (ERP, operational systems, external files, etc), ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency through validation and quality controls.
• Develop, validate, and maintain KPIs as well as conduct ad hoc analyses to provide senior management with critical business insights.
• Proactively develop a deep understanding of enterprise data and business processes and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality, streamline reporting processes, and develop innovative solutions.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams, including Finance, Operations, Revenue Cycle Management and IT, to ensure data alignment and collaboration with non‑technical stakeholders.
• May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues and contribute to a collaborative, knowledge‑sharing environment.
