Cardinal Health is seeking a data-driven Analytics Consultant to support Clinical Operations with reporting, dashboards, and analytics across Power BI, Tableau, and other platforms. This role emphasizes automation, data quality, and actionable insights to improve operational performance.

You will collaborate with Clinical Operations, Product Management, IT, and customer stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions, including Epic Willow/CardinalASSIST interfaces.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience in analytics or clinical ops preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Pharmacy experience and healthcare domain knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance BI dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs.
• Design automated recurring reports to improve accuracy and reduce manual work.
• Create executive-level and customer-facing reporting."
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to implement data interfaces and integrations.
• Support automation and analytics initiatives across Cardinal Health.
