Job summary

Cardinal Health is seeking an Analytics Consultant within Clinical Operations to design, develop, automate, and maintain reporting and analytics solutions across CardinalASSIST and related pharmacy systems.

You will work with Clinical Operations, Product Management, IT, and client stakeholders to deliver dashboards, KPI frameworks, and predictive analytics that drive improvements in efficiency, quality, and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of experience; preferablyBachelor's in relevant field.
• Pharmacy experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare, pharmacy, supply chain, or clinical operations.
• Experience supporting technical projects and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs.
• Design and automate recurring reports to reduce manual work.
• Develop and support BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.).
• Create executive-level and customer-facing performance reports.
• Analyze data to identify trends, risks, and improvements.
• Support predictive and advanced analytics capabilities.
• Automate reporting and data management processes.
• Develop standardized reporting frameworks and KPI methodologies.
