The role focuses on extracting, cleansing, consolidating, and visualizing financial and operational data to ensure leaders have timely, accurate, actionable insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Computer Science, Data Science, or related field preferred
• 4+ years of experience in data analysis or related role preferred
• Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis preferred
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (PowerBI, Tableau) preferred
• Experience with other data analysis tools (e.g. Alteryx) and/or programming languages (Python, R); Excel proficiency preferred
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with keen attention to detail
• Strong communication skills to present complex data clearly

Responsibilities

• Extract, transform, and consolidate financial and operational data from multiple source systems (ERP, operational systems, external files) with accuracy and quality controls
• Develop, validate, and maintain KPIs and perform ad hoc analyses for senior management insights
• Partner with cross‑functional teams to ensure data alignment and accuracy while collaborating with non‑technical stakeholders
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and streamline reporting processes
• Mentor less experienced colleagues and contribute to a collaborative knowledge‑sharing environment
• Attend to leadership requests and deliver timely, actionable insights to support decision‑making
