Cardinal Health at Home Solutions is seeking a Data Analyst to partner with operational leadership through high‑quality data prep, reporting, and analytics. You will extract, cleanse, consolidate, and visualize data to provide timely, accurate insights that support decision‑making across the organization.

The ideal candidate is highly detail‑oriented, technically strong with data tools, and experienced in building scalable reporting and self‑service tools for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in Finance, CS, Data Science or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in data analysis or related role.
• Advanced SQL skills for data extraction, manipulation and analysis.
• Experience with data visualization and reporting tools (PowerBI, Tableau).
• Experience with other data analysis tools (Alteryx) and programming languages (Python, R).
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with keen attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills with ability to present complex data clearly.

Responsibilities

• Independently perform complex analyses and large‑scale projects.
• Extract, transform, and consolidate financial and operational data from multiple sources.
• Develop, validate, and maintain KPIs and conduct ad hoc analyses for senior management.
• Understand enterprise data and processes to identify trends and opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to improve data quality and streamline reporting.
• Partner with Finance, Operations, Revenue Cycle Management and IT to ensure data accuracy.
