Job summary

Leidos seeks a Cyberspace Operational Planner to support USCYBERCOM J3 operations under an on-site contract. You will lead in Joint planning, staff OPORDs/OPLANS, and coordinate with defense partners to align cyber capabilities with mission goals.

The role requires a TS clearance with SCI eligibility and polygraph, a STEM degree, and 12+ years of CO planning experience. You will operate in a fast-paced, collaborative environment within Leidos Intelligence Sector.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and Polygraph required.
• BA/BS degree or higher within STEM field, National Security Studies, or field supporting operational art & science.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in Joint plans development and staffing within a collaborative environment to enable Cyberspace Operations per USCYBERCOM guidance.
• Lead targeting selection, validation, synchronization, and integration in Cyber Warfare planning.
• Draft and staff Operational Plans (OPLANs), Operational Orders (OPORDs), and Fragmentary Orders (FRAGOs).
• Lead and support Joint Operational Planning Groups and Teams (OPG/OPT) and integrate Cyberspace capabilities into plans.
• Develop concepts of support, courses of action, and document comprehensive plans.
