Job summary

Leidos is seeking Cyberspace Operational Planners to support DoD Joint Planning for USCYBERCOM operations. You will engage in Cyberspace Operations planning, drafting operational documents and coordinating with Joint Operational Planning Groups to integrate cyber capabilities into broader plans.

Applicants should have TS clearance with SCI eligibility and a relevant degree or ability to complete one year of studies.

Qualifications

Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and Polygraph.
Associates degree or higher in STEM, National Security Studies, or related field, or ability to complete within one year of hire.
Familiarity with JP 5-0 Joint Operational Planning and military planning processes.
Knowledge of computer networking fundamentals and cyber infrastructure.
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

Engage in approved Cyberspace Operations planning to support USCYBERCOM guidance.
Support targeting selection, validation, synchronization, and integration during Cyber Warfare activities.
Draft and staff Operational Plans (OPLANS), OPORDs, and FRAGOs.
Support Joint Operational Planning Groups and Teams; integrate Cyberspace capabilities into plans.
Develop concepts of support and courses of action; coordinate resources and external capabilities.
Provide situational awareness across projects and current operations activities.
