Job summary

Leidos is seeking a highly qualified Cyberspace Operational Planner to support USCYBERCOM operations at an on-site deployment. You will lead planning activities, draft essential orders, and coordinate across Joint Planning Groups to integrate Cyberspace capabilities into comprehensive operations.

The role requires extensive CO experience, military publications familiarity, and formal cyber planning training, with a preference for advanced STEM/security studies and opportunities to work with

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and Polygraph.
• BA/BS degree or higher within STEM field, National Security Studies, or related field.
• 12+ years of recent CO planning or related experience.
• Familiarity with JP 3-12 and JP 5-0 Joint Publications.
• Formal Cyber Operational Planner training within DoD/IC.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in Cyberspace Operational Planning.
• Lead targeting selection, validation and synchronization for CO operations.
• Draft and staff OPLANs, OPORDs, and FRAGOs.
• Coordinate Joint Operational Planning Groups and integrate Cyberspace capabilities into plans.
• Develop and review CO plans and guidance for execution and resource allocation.
• Communicate complex information clearly through verbal and written means.
