Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Senior Director, Secure MA&D to own enterprise cybersecurity strategy, governance, and delivery across the full transaction lifecycle. You will partner with Corporate Development, Finance, and Legal to manage risk, drive Day 1 readiness, and oversee cross-border integration with a global team.

The role requires leading complex due diligence, setting access controls, and ensuring regulatory compliance across HIPAA, GDPR, and other standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years in cybersecurity, technology risk, or security consulting.
• Proven track record leading cybersecurity due diligence and integration across multiple transactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-close cybersecurity due diligence and Day 1 readiness for transactions.
• Define governance, risk thresholds, and escalation criteria for deal-impacting findings.
• Direct and develop a global Secure MA&D team and manage third-party partners.
• Translate technical findings into valuation, timing, and compliance implications for executives and the Board.
