Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Senior Director, Secure M&A & Divestitures (Secure MA&D) to own the enterprise cybersecurity strategy across the full transaction lifecycle, including pre-close due diligence, Day 1 readiness, and post-close integration. This role reports to senior leadership and partners with Legal, Finance, and Corporate Development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years in cybersecurity, technology risk, or security consulting.
• Demonstrated experience leading cybersecurity due diligence and integration across multiple transactions.

Responsibilities

• Own Secure MA&D strategy, operating model, and roadmap.
• Lead global team of Secure MA&D principals and analysts.
• Direct pre-close cybersecurity due diligence and post-close integration planning.
• Define security requirements for TSAs and divestitures and support Day 1 readiness.
• Engage with Board and executive leadership on risk and remediation cost.
• Coordinate with Legal, Finance, and Corporate Development for deal governance.
