Citi in Irving, Texas seeks a Cybersecurity & Infrastructure Senior Program Management Lead to drive strategy, governance, and delivery of enterprise cybersecurity and infrastructure initiatives. You will partner with senior technology and cybersecurity leaders to strengthen security posture, regulatory compliance, and enterprise risk management.

The role requires deep program leadership across Cybersecurity, Infra, Network Engineering, Cloud, and Risk, with a track record of delivering

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred for senior program leadership.
• Certifications in cybersecurity or project/program management valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, planning, governance, and delivery of complex cybersecurity and infrastructure programs.
• Develop executive dashboards to show health, risk reduction, and business outcomes.
• Oversee budgets, resources, vendor management, and investment prioritization.
• Drive AI, automation, and analytics to improve governance and reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functional programs across Cybersecurity, Infra, Cloud, Risk, and Operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage risk, CSCs, and KRIs across portfolios.
• Communicate changes in regulations to stakeholders and leadership.
