Job summary

Horizontal Talent is seeking a Senior IT Project Manager to drive enterprise cybersecurity initiatives, strengthen threat exposure management, and align security programs with business goals. Qualifications

• 8+ years of IT or cybersecurity project/program management experience.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional efforts with global stakeholders.
• Experience budgets, forecasting, procurement, and financial controls.
• Strong knowledge of PM disciplines (scope, schedule, budget, risk, change).
• Knowledge of vulnerability/exposure management and security workflows.

Responsibilities

• Lead cybersecurity projects or large security programs from planning through transition.
• Build integrated project plans with milestones, budgets, and roadmaps.
• Coordinate cross-functional workstreams across security, infra, threat intel, governance, and business teams.
• Establish governance, RAID tracking, dashboards, and executive reporting.
• Partner with teams to deploy exposure management, vulnerability management, and SOC/SIEM capabilities.
• Support risk-based prioritization and remediation tracking with asset data.
