Job summary

Marquee Defense seeks a senior cyberspace operations planner to develop, coordinate, and integrate cyber operations plans, mitigation strategies, and tactics in the Fort Meade area.

This role leads planning groups, contributes to exercise scenarios, and coordinates activities through international channels, requiring Top Secret/SCI with Polygraph clearance and full-time in-person work.

Qualifications

• Doctoral Degree with 4 years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 8 years of relevant experience.
• Associates degree with 10 years of experience
• HS diploma or GED with 12 years of experience

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and integrate cyber operations plans, mitigation strategies, and tactics.
• Lead the creation of strike packages and ensure target vetting/validation.
• Contribute to exercise scenarios, plans, and documentation for training priorities.
• Participate and lead Joint Planning Groups/Teams for cyber integration.
• Coordinate planning activities through international channels.
• Communicate requirements effectively and lead development working groups/meetings.
