Strategic Ventures Consulting Group (SVCG) is seeking a Sr. Defensive Cyber Operations Planner to join our team at Ft. Meade, MD.

The role focuses on integrating cyberspace capabilities into DoD operations, drafting and editing essential planning documents, and supporting Joint Planning Groups with operations planning. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of defense cyber planning experience, and TS/SCI/CI poly clearance is required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in defense cyber or related planning roles.
• Must have TS/SCI/CI Polygraph clearance.
• Experience with DoD cyberspace operations and joint planning processes.

Responsibilities

• Draft and edit planning documents (OPLANs, OPORDs, FRAGOs) for defensive cyber operations.
• Participate in Joint Planning Groups and Operational Planning Teams.
• Develop and integrate DODIN and cyber capabilities into operational plans.
• Support action officers with planning, reviewing, and providing feedback on draft plans.
• Identify missions and responsibilities in reviewed plans.
• Develop concepts of support and courses of action; integrate capabilities.
• Research and analyze DoD cyberspace policies, events, and operations.
• Provide SME on CPT employment, OSINT, targeting, and exercise planning.
