Job summary

WPS Health Solutions is seeking a Manager, Cyber Business Enablement in Wisconsin. The role leads the engagement between Enterprise Cyber Resilience and business/tech stakeholders, reporting to the CISO. You will shape the cybersecurity intake, advisory support, prioritization, and service delivery, building the engagement model from the ground up.

The position requires U.S. citizenship, a bachelor’s degree in a related field, and 7+ years in cybersecurity with 3+ years in management.

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required due to DoD restrictions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 7+ years in cybersecurity operations, incident response, vulnerability management, or related security discipline.
• 3+ years in managerial or senior leadership role.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity risk domains and service/demand management practices.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary business resource for Enterprise Cyber Resilience, aligning business and technology needs with cybersecurity capabilities.
• Define and manage the engagement model, service catalog, and performance metrics for cybersecurity enablement.
• Build dashboards and reporting to provide leadership visibility into demand and service delivery.
• Lead and mentor the Cyber Business Enablement team, fostering accountability and collaboration.
• Support stakeholder engagement in audits, assessments, and regulatory reviews.
