Job summary

WPS Health Solutions in Wisconsin seeks a Director of Cyber Trust & Architecture to lead enterprise cybersecurity architecture, IAM strategy, Zero Trust, and secure-by-design practices across the organization. You will shape target-state architecture and partner with technology teams to enable the business while meeting regulatory and resilience requirements.

The role requires 10+ years in cybersecurity with senior leadership, strong executive communication, and a track record building

Qualifications

• US citizenship required due to DoD restrictions.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in cybersecurity, information security, computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive cybersecurity or information security experience with enterprise strategy and roadmaps.
• 5+ years of management/people leadership experience.
• Strong depth across identity, cloud, network, application and data security architecture.
• Experience developing or governing IAM capabilities including authentication, authorization, identity governance, privileged access, RBAC, MFA.
• Ability to translate complex control gaps into business risk and prioritize remediation with executive leadership.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain WPS's enterprise cybersecurity architecture strategy and target-state architecture.
• Lead enterprise IAM strategy, identity governance, privileged access, and MFA initiatives.
• Drive development and phased implementation of Zero Trust architecture and maturity roadmap across identities, devices, applications, and networks.
• Establish and govern secure-by-design review processes and architecture standards for cloud, data, and networks.
• Partner with Technology, Enterprise Architecture, Cloud, Data, Risk & Assurance teams to balance security with business enablement.
