WPS Health Solutions is seeking a Manager, Cyber Business Enablement to lead the enterprise cybersecurity engagement between Enterprise Cyber Resilience and technology and business stakeholders. This role reports to the Chief Information Security Officer and builds the engagement model, service catalog, and a high-performing team from the ground up.

Our Manager, Cyber Business Enablement is the primary relationship and engagement leader between Enterprise Cyber Resilience and WPS's business and technology stakeholders, reporting directly to the Chief Information Security Officer. They establish a consistent enterprise approach to cybersecurity intake, advisory support, prioritization, escalation, and service delivery, helping business and technology leaders understand cybersecurity requirements and incorporate security into their initiatives. This Manager acts as the business-facing entry point into Enterprise Cyber Resilience, they connect stakeholder needs to the right cybersecurity capability while improving transparency, accountability, and responsiveness; without replacing the accountability of the business, technology, or risk owners it supports. They are responsible for building the engagement model, service catalog, and team from the ground up. Salary Range - $140,000 ~ $180,000. The base pay offered for this position may vary within the posted range based on your job-related knowledge, skills, experience and may fall outside of this range.

Employees within 45 miles of WPS Headquarters (1717 W. Broadway in Madison, WI, 53713) will be expected to be able to work in office 3 days a week on a regular basis.
