Job summary

WPS Health Solutions seeks a Manager of Cyber Threat Management to lead detection, prevention, and response capabilities and oversee the SOC. The role partners with Cyber Trust & Architecture and Cyber Risk teams to reduce enterprise risk.

The position emphasizes building and leading a high-performing team, aligning operations with enterprise resilience, and maturing incident response playbooks while supporting hybrid work from Wisconsin.

Qualifications

U.S. Citizenship is required for this position due to Department of Defense restrictions.
Bachelor's degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology OR equivalent combination of education and work experience.
7+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity operations, incident response, vulnerability management, application security, or related discipline.
3+ years of people-management experience leading technical security staff.
Expertise and hands-on experience with security monitoring, detection, and incident-response processes and technologies (SIEM/EDR).

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end cyber incident management, including detection, triage, containment, eradication and recovery.
Own enterprise threat detection and security monitoring across logs, analytics, endpoints, and prevention tech.
Drive advanced security automation, SOAR and detection engineering for rapid response.
Provide leadership and program oversight for Application Security and remediation collaboration with dev teams.
Oversee enterprise vulnerability management, risk prioritization and remediation tracking.
