Job summary

Qualifications

• U.S. Citizenship is required due to DoD restrictions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Security, Computer Science, Information Technology OR equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 7+ years in cybersecurity operations, incident response, vulnerability management, or related security discipline.
• 3+ years of people-management experience leading security staff.
• Expertise with security monitoring, detection, and incident-response processes and technologies such as SIEM/EDR.
• Vulnerability management and application-security practices with risk-based prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end cyber incident management, including detection, triage, containment, eradication, and recovery.
• Own enterprise threat detection and security monitoring by managing logging, analytics, and tooling.
• Oversee SOAR and detection engineering to improve detection Speed and response.
• Lead enterprise vulnerability management across systems and applications.
• Provide leadership, mentoring, and accountability for Cyber Threat Management teams.
