Job summary

WPS Health Solutions is seeking a Manager, Cyber Business Enablement to lead the enterprise cybersecurity engagement between Enterprise Cyber Resilience and technology and business stakeholders. This role reports to the Chief Information Security Officer and builds the engagement model, service catalog, and a high-performing team from the ground up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• 7+ years of progressive experience in cybersecurity operations and related disciplines.
• 3+ years in a managerial/people leadership role.
• Strong leadership and stakeholder management across diverse teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary business resource for Enterprise Cyber Resilience and translate cybersecurity issues into business guidance.
• Define service catalogs, engagement models, and performance metrics; build dashboards for leadership visibility.
• Lead and mentor the Cyber Business Enablement team and drive capacity planning and alignment with CISO expectations.
• Manage day-to-day stakeholder engagement, triage status, and escalation of unresolved risk with leadership reporting.
