Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business/logistics or related field.
• Active U.S. Customs Broker License in good standing.
• 5–7 years of customs brokerage experience.
• 2 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily customs brokerage operations to meet department goals.
• Ensure compliance with global, country-specific and port-specific regulations.
• Train and certify staff on CSOPs and Quality Management System.
• Monitor DPO/DSO targets and cost controls.
• Lead vendor and pricing negotiations with internal teams.
• Coach sales and account management on market opportunities.
