Job summary

Hellmann Worldwide Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Customs Brokerage Entry Agent in Miami to handle import shipments and brokerage tasks. You will manage the entry process from document receipt to CBP release, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The role requires attention to detail, strong communication, and familiarity with Incoterms. Prior freight forwarding experience and proficiency in MS Office are preferred. This is a full-time on-site position in a dynamic logistics team.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years of freight forwarding experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process import shipments and provide customs brokerage services.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Enter required data accurately into the brokerage system for CBP and PGA release.
• Coordinate with origin station or third parties for ISF filing.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
