Job summary

Hellmann Worldwide Logistics is seeking a Customs Brokerage Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive department performance. You will lead a team, manage pricing and costs, and collaborate with sales to win market share.

The role requires a U.S. Customs Broker License, 5–7 years in brokerage and 2+ years in supervision, with strong leadership and analytical skills for a high-velocity environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Logistics, Transportation or related field.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Five–Seven years in a customs brokerage agent role.
• Two years supervisory experience required.
• Active U.S. Customs Broker License (LCB) in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Customs Brokerage operations to ensure efficient workflow.
• Maintain compliance with global and port-specific regulations.
• Train and develop staff; ensure ongoing certification and CSOP adherence.
• Manage cost, revenue estimates, and invoicing to minimize WIP and DSO.
• Achieve volume and revenue targets for the department.
• Collaborate with Account Management and Sales on pricing and services.
