Job summary

Nudge, a US-based agentic commerce platform, is seeking a Customer Success Manager to own customers from sign through renewal. You will run AI discovery and conversion programs and execute work directly inside the product, partnering with founders across multiple accounts.

You will be the primary point of contact for 20-40 consumer brands, lead onboarding end-to-end, and drive first live wins while tracking account health and churn risk weekly to surface issues early.
