Nikon SLM Solutions is seeking a Customer Success Manager to serve as the primary contact for strategic customers and to advocate for their needs across Sales, Service, Engineering, and Production teams.

The role emphasizes driving customer satisfaction, coordinating complex projects, and maximizing machine availability while communicating effectively with executives and technical staff alike.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a technical or business field.
• Proven experience in customer success, account management, or related roles in industrial/technical settings.
• Strong project and stakeholder management across cross-functional teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication at technical and executive levels.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned strategic customers and manage their success.
• Coordinate cross-functional projects across Sales, Service, Engineering, and Production.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and account performance.
• Drive risk and escalation management to ensure timely resolutions.
• Translate customer feedback into actionable internal improvements.
• Monitor account performance and act on trends and risks.
• Maintain relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
