Tailscale is a fully distributed company delivering secure networking. We are seeking a Customer Success Engineer to help strategic customers with onboarding, adoption, and technical guidance in a remote-first environment.

You will lead onboarding for new strategic customers, provide training for long-term success, diagnose issues, and assist with configuration and integration while conducting quarterly business reviews to represent the voice of the customer internally.

Qualifications

• Experience leading onboarding for strategic customers.
• Ability to diagnose issues and guide configuration.
• Strong relationship-building and customer advocacy.
