Qualifications

• 4+ years in a technical support or escalation role at a SaaS or infrastructure company.
• Demonstrated ownership of escalated/enterprise-tier accounts.
• Proficiency with programming/scripting in Go, Python, JSON.

Responsibilities

• Own high-severity, post-sales technical escalations from intake through resolution or engineering handoff.
• Conduct deep-dive investigations and reproduce difficult-to-isolate bugs.
• Coordinate with customers on calls, gather logs, and communicate theory and next steps.
• Build engineering handoff packages with reproducible cases, logs, and version matrices.
• File and track issues for confirmed bugs, preserving context for engineers.
• Identify patterns in escalations and translate findings into product improvements and runbooks.
