Job summary

GrowthWise Search Partners in California seeks a Customer Success & Account Manager to expand trusted advisor relationships, coordinate service projects, and help drive company growth. The role combines account management, inside sales, and coordination, demanding strong communication and organization.

You will work daily in Diamond Springs to support ongoing client success. If you excel at building long-term client partnerships and delivering exceptional service, this position offers growth

Qualifications

• Experience in customer success, account management, or related roles.
• Comfort speaking with customers by phone and building relationships.
• Strong organizational skills managing multiple requests and priorities.
• Proficient with Outlook, Word, Excel and CRM/ERP systems.
• Experience preparing quotes, proposals, and work orders.
• Excellent written communication and precise record-keeping.
• Willingness to work onsite Monday–Friday in Diamond Springs.

Responsibilities

• Manage an established portfolio of commercial customer accounts and build long term relationships.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer questions, service requests, and ongoing account support.
• Coordinate service schedules and project timelines with field technicians and operations.
• Track active projects to ensure work is completed accurately, on time, and exceeds customer expectations.
• Communicate proactively with customers regarding project status, scheduling, and service updates.
• Prepare customer quotes and proposals and follow up on outstanding opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to recommend additional products and services that provide value to existing customers.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, customer communications, and project documentation.
• Partner closely with operations and field technicians to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Resolve customer concerns professionally and ensure projects continue moving forward.
