Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer opportunities, strategic customer initiatives, and complex service needs.
• Perform Opportunity Account Manager responsibilities by coordinating customer opportunities from initial evaluation through planning, execution, and ongoing relationship support.
• Provide Retail & Tariff Resources support, including guidance on retail tariffs, rate structures, service requirements, and potential billing impacts.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to evaluate, prioritize, and implement customer-focused solutions.
• Support complex customer projects requiring coordination among operational, engineering, regulatory, financial, and commercial stakeholders.
• Evaluate customer requests and facilitate alignment between customer needs and company capabilities, standards, and strategic priorities.
• Develop analyses, business cases, project recommendations, and presentations to support decisions by customers, internal stakeholders, and leadership.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks or barriers, and facilitate issue resolution to support timely and successful outcomes.
• Support economic development activity and large‑customer growth opportunities through coordinated project management and technical consultation.
• Build effective working relationships with customers and internal partners and communicate complex technical, financial, and regulatory information clearly.
