Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, engineering or related discipline.
• 10 years of professional experience supporting customer, utility, infrastructure, energy, regulatory, operational, engineering, or project management functions.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex projects and collaborating across multiple business functions.
• Professional Engineer license or ability to obtain licensure.
• Experience in electric utility customer programs, transmission, distribution, generation, regulatory affairs, tariffs, rates, contract management, or economic development.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for customer opportunities and complex service needs.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to evaluate, prioritize, and implement customer-focused solutions.
• Develop analyses, business cases, and presentations to support decisions by customers and leadership.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and facilitate issue resolution to ensure timely outcomes.
