Wurth Industry North America seeks a Customer Project Specialist to drive new customer implementations and manage existing projects through the sales cycle. You will act as the primary contact, coordinating intake, pricing, and pre/post-implementation support to ensure profitable outcomes.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree, 5–10 years of related experience, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills with SAP/P21 advantageous.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in related field.
• 5–10 years of related experience.
• SAP/P21 skills are advantageous.
• Must read and analyze customer purchase orders and drawings.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; MS Office proficiency.
• Travel up to 10–15% as needed.

Responsibilities

• Drive new customer implementations and existing customer projects through the sales cycle.
• Coordinate project intake, pricing strategy, and pre/post-implementation support.
• Serve as the customer’s central point of contact for project-related communications.
• Provide status updates on timelines and milestones to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer requirements and profit goals.
