Job summary

The Wurth Industry North America is seeking a Customer Project Specialist to drive new customer implementations and manage existing projects through the sales cycle. You will coordinate pricing, intake, and pre/post-implementation support, acting as the main contact for opportunities and ensuring profitable sales growth.

Ideal candidates bring a bachelor's degree, 5–10 years of related experience, and strong Excel/PowerPoint skills, with ability to travel 10–15%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field is required.
• 5-10 years of related experience or combination of education and experience.
• SAP/P21 skills are advantageous.
• Ability to read and analyze customer purchase orders, drawings and vendor references.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills; proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Drive new customer implementations and existing customer projects through the sales cycle within agreed timelines.
• Act as primary point of contact for assigned project opportunities and ensure seamless execution across all phases.
• Develop price offers aligned with customer needs and corporate profitability.
• Coordinate between internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Monitor progress, provide updates on timelines and milestones, and address delays proactively.
