Job summary

Ichor Systems, Inc. is seeking a Customer Program Manager to serve as the primary liaison between the company and customers, directing complex projects and ensuring alignment with specifications, schedules, and internal resources.

The role focuses on delivering exceptional service throughout the project lifecycle, maintaining documentation, tracking commitments, and providing timely updates to stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4-year Business degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Generate, distribute, and track project commitments (subcontracts and purchase orders) with appropriate vendors.
• Generate, distribute, and track change orders to subcontractors based on approved information.
• Assist with generating punch lists, site observations, and other project documentation, track progress and completion.
• Assist with generating and reviewing daily reports, editing, and distributing as directed by project manager(s).
• Work with project management and field staff to provide accurate information for reports and compose original correspondence.
• Attend project management meetings (office and field) as needed; take notes, prepare, and distribute meeting minutes.
• Assist in procuring supplies/materials as directed by project manager(s).
• Ensure parts are built to the most up-to-date drawings, specifications, addenda, and standards.
• Collaborate with project management group to monitor production and complete associated reporting.
