Job summary

SHR Talent is seeking a Program Manager to serve as the key liaison between customers and internal operations, managing complex, specification-driven programs from award through final delivery. The role requires collaboration with engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and outside vendors to ensure customer requirements are understood and executed.

Responsibilities

• Manage assigned programs from award through production and delivery.
• Serve as primary point of contact between customers and internal teams.

• Coordinate activities across engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain and vendors.
• Monitor program schedules, budgets, resources, milestones and deliverables.
• Identify risks and coordinate solutions to avoid delays.
