Foxconn Industrial Internet - FII seeks a dedicated Business Program Manager to serve as the main liaison between customers and internal cross-functional teams. You will drive RFQ responses, manage program execution, and resolve complex business issues in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role combines strong relationship-building with project-management discipline, coordinating with CM/ODM/JDM partners and internal stakeholders to align expectations and deliver results.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Program Management, Customer Program Management, Business Operations, Account Management, or a related role.
• Experience working within a CM, ODM, EMS, or JDM environment.
• Strong customer-facing experience with the ability to build credibility and trust at all organizational levels.
• Experience managing RFQs, customer communications, quotations, and business operations processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proven conflict management, negotiation, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the program lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and issue resolution.
• Coordinate and manage RFQ activities, including gathering requirements, tracking deliverables, and ensuring timely submissions.
• Lead regular customer meetings, status reviews, and business updates.
• Track program milestones, action items, risks, and dependencies to ensure successful execution.
• Partner closely with Sales, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Finance teams to drive customer initiatives.
• Manage customer escalations and facilitate conflict resolution among stakeholders while maintaining positive relationships.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to ensure customer requirements are communicated and executed effectively.
• Monitor project health, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation plans.
• Support business growth initiatives by identifying opportunities to strengthen customer partnerships and improve operational performance.
• Prepare executive-level reports, presentations, and program updates for internal and external stakeholders.
