Job summary

Gogo in the United States is seeking a Customer Program Manager to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of key customer programs, ensuring on-time delivery, scope alignment, and high satisfaction.

You will coordinate with Engineering, Sales, Product, and Support, track milestones and KPIs, manage risks, and nurture strategic customer relationships to support long-term retention and value realization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, aviation, engineering, or related field.
• 3–5+ years in program management, project management, or customer success.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-phased technical projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to present to executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Program Lifecycle Management: Lead end-to-end lifecycle of customer programs, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and aligned with customer expectations.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the primary liaison between the customer and internal Gogo teams to coordinate resources and resolve issues.
• Status Tracking & Reporting: Track program status, milestones, and KPIs; lead status meetings and business reviews.
• Risk Management: Identify program risks, develop mitigation strategies, and elevate critical issues to leadership.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strategic relationships with customer stakeholders to ensure evolving needs are met by Gogo’s ecosystem.
