Job summary

GMI - Global Market Innovators is seeking a Program Manager to own end-to-end delivery and operational success for assigned client programs. You will act as the primary client contact while ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope, aligned to customer expectations.

You will partner with Sales, Delivery, and Technical teams to manage engagements, monitor performance, and drive improvements across the customer lifecycle.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in Project Management, Program Coordination, Account Management, or Customer Success.
• Fundamentals of planning, scheduling, risk, scope, and reporting.
• Strong communication and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of client programs, including planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
• Maintain program plans, schedules, resource allocation, and communication frameworks.
• Monitor progress against scope, timeline, budget, and quality, and take corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure project artifacts, documentation, and governance standards are followed.
• Track and report on program performance, risks, dependencies, and overall health to stakeholders.
