Job summary

Gogo Inc. is seeking a Special Missions - Customer Program Manager to serve as the primary contact and advocate for key customer accounts, ensuring successful delivery of connectivity solutions and driving satisfaction and retention.

You will lead end-to-end program lifecycles, coordinate across Engineering, Sales, Product and Support, track milestones and KPIs, manage risks, and build strategic customer relationships to support Gogo's evolving hardware and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• 3–5+ years of program/project management or customer success.
• Ability to manage complex, multi-phased technical projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of customer programs ensuring on-time deliverables.
• Coordinate between customer and internal teams (Engineering, Sales, Product, Support).
• Track milestones and KPIs; lead status meetings and reviews.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies; elevate issues as needed.
• Build and maintain strategic customer relationships to ensure ongoing success.
