Analog Group is seeking a Customer Program Manager to lead strategic programs for key customer accounts. You will connect customer priorities with business objectives and guide global cross-functional teams from planning through delivery while strengthening trusted customer relationships.

Based in San Jose, CA and Austin, TX, the role requires executive communication, strong semiconductor knowledge, and a track record of delivering complex programs across Sales, Engineering and Operations.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Microelectronics, Semiconductor Technology, or related field.
• 10+ years in semiconductor industry with leadership of complex customer-facing programs and global cross-functional teams.
• Strong understanding of customer requirements, product architectures, and development challenges.
• Executive-level communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Ability to influence without formal authority and guide decisions across stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Lead strategic customer programs spanning product design-in, qualification, demand management, and future opportunities.
• Own end-to-end program lifecycle: planning, execution, risk management, issue resolution, reporting, closure.
• Align global cross-functional teams across Sales, Engineering, Operations, Product, Marketing, Manufacturing and Quality.
• Manage customer escalations via timely decisions, clear ownership, and action plans.
• Build trusted relationships by understanding business priorities, market trends, and technical challenges.
• Translate data into concise insights, risks, opportunities, and recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Drive results by fostering alignment, accountability, collaboration, and customer focus across a matrixed org.
