Job summary

Bimbo Bakeries USA is seeking a Customer Planning Manager for the Texas market, based in the Dallas–Fort Worth area. You will lead regional customer planning, collaborate with customer executives, and drive value through data-driven trade initiatives and forecast accuracy.

The role requires 5+ years in sales management or trade planning, strong Excel skills, and experience with O9 TPM, Margin Miner, and Circana data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Finance, Marketing or Business-related field is preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years in Sales Management, Customer Accounts, Price Management, Trade Planning or related roles.
• Strong analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Excel; experience with Margin Miner, O9 TPM or related tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop trimester Trade Calendar in collaboration with the Customer Leads.
• Conduct all quantitative pre- and post-promotion performance analysis.
• Utilize trade management tools (O9 TPM, Margin Miner, QLIK, Circana) to understand customer performance.
• Align forecasts with Customer Executives and input into O9 TPM.
• Plan weekly volume orders for key events with Customer Executives and Order Specialists.
• Ensure calendars are accurate and communicated.
• Review and approve customer pricing via Central Pricing.
• Adjust O9 TPM plans based on trends and guardrails.
• Plan annual strategy for assigned customers in O9 TPM.
• Prepare executive-level PowerPoint presentations and present trade performance.
• Manage Trade Spend metrics and ROI.
